Lieutenant Icy is a 2005 mare by Officer (a multiple graded stakes winner). In 2005 she was sold as a weanling at Keeneland for $25,000, but only started 6 times between 2008 and 2009, winning just one race. She was previously adopted from Foxie G, but was later returned due to behavioral issues under tack. She was placed into the sanctuary program when these issues couldn’t be corrected, but on the ground, Icy is personable, great with people, and has a sweet disposition. She would be available for adoption as a companion only.
