Dehere of the Cat is a 2009 gelding by Discreet Cat (a multiple graded stakes winner of the UAE Derby and one of Godolphin Racing’s top racers). Dehere of the Cat was an expensive yearling, selling at Keeneland for $80,000 in 2010. Between 2011 and 2014, he started in 22 races, winning 2, and placing 5th in the Gold and Roses Stakes at Aqueduct. After fracturing his sesamoid, an injury from which he never fully recovered, he was brought to Foxie G to enjoy retired life. Dehere of the Cat is very sweet, curious, and loves attention.
