Bay View Sisters is a 2009 unraced mare by Afleet Alex (a multiple graded stakes winner of the Preakness and the Belmont). She was adopted from Foxie G in 2013 and became a very nice show horse, but unfortunately suffered a serious tendon injury while loading onto a trailer. After having a major surgery, her adopter could not keep her any longer and “Bay Bay” was returned to Foxie G. She finished her rehabilitation at the rescue, but, although she is pasture sound, could not stay sound enough to be considered for adoption. With an expressive, clear personality, Bay Bay is a little opinionated from time to time and definitely lets you know what she likes or doesn’t like.
